Scientific Linear InGaAs Array Detectors

InGaAs Array DetectorThe HORIBA Jobin Yvon family of NIR array detectors, the Symphony Series, feature spectroscopic grade InGaAs detectors in a linear array of 512 or 1024 pixels. Spectral coverage from 0.8 to 1.7 microns is standard. With high quantum efficiencies up to 85%, and low dark noise, these detectors are ideal for demanding applications in the NIR including photoluminescence measurements, laser diode characterization, telecoms, Raman spectroscopy, singlet oxygen sensing and environmental monitoring.

Main features

  • Choice of 512 or 1024 pixels in thermoelectric or liquid nitrogen cooling.
  • High sensitivity in the near infrared (NIR).
  • Extremely low noise.
  • Ideally suited for low light level detection in near Infrared (NIR) spectroscopic applications.
