Fluorescence Lifetime Micro-Mapping System
A
new fluorescence system from JY Inc. offers the capability
of mapping the fluorescence characteristics of samples on
the micron or larger level. Information on fluorescence
intensity or lifetimes (as in the picosecond or nanosecond
range) can be accumulated automatically by programming the
movable stage. Fitting of single or multiple lifetime, as
well as lifetime distributions, are also possible. The system
can be fitted with photomultipliers in the uv-vis-ir range,
or with CCD's for fast acquisition of complete spectra.
All the sensitivity and high performance you normally associate
with SPEX brand products are retained, of course.
