Jobin Yvon, a HORIBA Group company, has changed its name to HORIBA Jobin Yvon. We have now included the HORIBA name in our company name, to highlight the strength and capabilities of our combined forces and to reflect the increased responsibility of Jobin Yvon to market HORIBA manufactured products in addition to the existing large range of instruments manufactured in France, USA, Germany and UK.

HORIBA Jobin Yvon is one of the world's largest manufacturers of innovative Spectroscopic and Analytical instruments, and was established more than 180 years ago. We joined the HORIBA Group in 1997 and together, became a top global instrument company, with over $700 million turnover and about 3,700 employees. HORIBA Jobin Yvon supplies equipment for research and routine applications using Spectroscopy as a key technique. The company has a large user base in industry, academia, and government establishments.
