From 532nm to 785nm, from 30mW to 500mW, each component is customized for OEM large volume qualified customers. The OEM division of HORIBA Jobin Yvon Inc can design and manufacture compact Raman spectrometer systems tailored specifically to your application and target costs, which you can sell under your brand name. If you already have a design and are looking for contract manufacturing, our know-how in OEM production and Raman applications will make us the ideal partner.

Challenge us! Tell us what your target cost is in high volume for your Raman sub-system. We will engineer a Raman engine to meet volume requirements and could amaze you with our OEM systems affordability. Just like for our other OEM spectrometer customers, we optically re-trace a miniature spectrometer to obtain the Raman shift range and resolution you need. We cost reduce lasers, filters and other optics for volume. We only quote for large OEM volume requirements, not for single miniature Raman units for one-time use.

HORIBA Jobin Yvon systems feature holographic and ion-etched holographic gratings for superior stray light rejections. Our most compact OEM designs included ACHG concave gratings which eliminate astigmatism and mirrors. We feature high throughput, excellent peak symmetry, compactness and sturdiness.

- Angle of incidence for both the Bandpass and the Longpass filters
- How close to the laser line you wish to monitor Raman (250cm-1, 400cm-1?)
- Optionally specify what blocking (OD) you need at the intersection of the bandpass and longpass filters
- If you only wish to purchase components, specify diameter (Minimum quantities apply)
